You/they will decrease if you have more calories, that go out, as in.EineEine food like the one, that you mentioned, is no balanced food... and while maybe you decrease, you could get calories sufficiently not... this is a while for it finely, but you bodies will go in starvation form, and you will increase in the whole weight back, and then some. There is tons of calculators, based height and activity level, that will leave you, on weight, ages, you know something you caloric reception should be.
What I do, is to be reckoned that, and 500-1000 calories per day remove, and that is what I eat.
Example:
